Just intelligent compassion, understanding, love and where necessary forgiveness. This is the key attitude which we must adopt in order to prevent World War III and bring balance, peace and fairness to our world. In the past every time the rich have been too out of balance with the poor then war was always the end result. If we fail to care about the poorest people in the world today we shall no doubt have to pay for it in every way tomorrow. If we learn anything from history we should surely learn that.
The World's Problems Are NOT Your Fault
Elysium is a new idea for a new world. The idea is one which has never really been tried before. It is about recognising that today's world is not in a big mess due to any particular person, group, organisation, government or corporation. Our world has always been filled with plenty of drama which cannot be blamed on humanity. Just watch a nature program and you can see the eat or be eaten facts of life right there- an innocent duckling being snapped up by a big fish, a cuckoo pushing the other eggs out of its nest just after it hatches or a killer whale batting a seal high into the air with its tail. Just these simple injustices on their own could justify one to think that the world is just a cruel place and if we don't join the ranks and start batting seals around then no doubt we'll be the ones getting batted around. Thinking more deeply than this on a personal level of simple pride in how we live can add more sanity to the mix as we recognise our privileged position as enlightened beings with the power of thought and the ability to learn about and demonstrate what true love really is. If you look at your life and feel that actually you have been weak and caused suffering in order to protect yourself, attempt to gain riches or power then so be it. It does not mean that you cannot make amends now. People who are starving today will not judge your past if you give them food and security for their family after all.

Judge not lest ye be judged. If we focus on ensuring that we ourselves live in a way which we believe to be balanced, truthful and loving then whatever may happen in our life, whatever pain, injustice or suffering we may have to bare along the way, we shall always be peaceful inside in the knowledge that we are a good, righteous and honorable soul. We cannot do any good in this world if we are not happy in ourselves. We do not need to give everything we have or live in a shed on an organic farm in order to be balanced with the world. We just need to be honest with ourselves about our own situation and learn about other people in less privileged situations (if you are reading this, you are probably not one of the world's poorest as they don't have easy access to computers or the internet believe me!). Take a moment to look deeply at your own life- the trials and joys, ups and downs you faced through your childhood; issues with parents, siblings, peers, friends, teachers, rivals and loved ones.
Think back over the last 100 years of history and you can just glimpse quite how dramatically and often violently our world has been uprooted, transformed, destroyed and rebuilt. No one human or group of people is to blame or to credit with any of the ups and downs of our recent or long term history on Earth. The world (including the billions of stories which play out each day) is simply too big and too complex for any global conspiracy to actually be effective. No human or group of people have the capacity to control everything on earth even if they wanted to.
If we look at how systems like Capitalism came to where they are today it's clear that much of the development of Capitalist nations' policies and lawmaking were directly affected by the ideological and political battle against Communism in the post World War II era. A battle which began against the monstrous Joseph Stalin, who was responsible for the starvation of more than 30 million of his own people before WWII even began. With that in mind we can understand why the ideological battle against Stalin began, even if it doesn't excuse any of the crimes which came before or after the demise of Stalin in an increasingly complex and globalised world.
You Cannot Fix All The Problems Or Poverty In The World But You Can Probably Save a Child's Life TODAY By Donating To A Good Charity
Today's world is smaller than ever and a trip to the shops for any typical family in a rich country will reach around the globe directly with the knock on effects. Just think where your clothes are manufactured, where your food is grown and reared. Look at the labels on a typical monthly shop in a developed country and you're products will no doubt cross the globe unless you actively shop for locally sourced produce.
What we are all aware of but can't bring ourselves to think about is the fact that far too many of the people living on earth live in desperately poor conditions. Now think about what 10% of your savings or even just 0.5% of your savings could do to save the lives of children in the poorest countries in the world today and not just give them life but be part of an in depth, carefully planned and structured system which helps the poorest people in the world to build sustainable, environmentally sound communities which, with good education, will easily be able to live peacefully, happily and independent from aid as long as war doesn't rear its ugly head.
If You Care And Want To Help We Will Help You For Free
Sierra Leone
Why we would help for free should be obvious by now. Stalin once repeated (he didn't come up with it himself) that, "If you kill one man, it's a tragedy, if you kill a million, it's just a statistic". Not only is this monstrously cynical it's also obviously not true. For someone as evil and cynical as Stalin even just one life meant nothing as long as it wasn't his. He didn't have the empathy or foresight to care even about one person, let alone a million. To picture a million people is very difficult as we never really come into contact with a million people at once. To picture the millions of families and loved ones who would have their hearts broken by losing their loved ones is even harder. Let's reverse the picture for a moment. If you save one child, it's magnificent, if you can be part of a system which saves a million, it's unimaginably magnificent! So why not try? Saving one child is actually so so easy- so why not do it now? You can save a child's life NOW by donating just US$3 to one of our recommended charities which will buy an anti Malaria Mosquito net for a child in Sierra Leone. With our system we'll even report back to you on who your money has saved and where possible we'll send you a photo of that person and their family. Now that's surely something worth repeating right? With the internet and the power of social networks like Facebook and Twitter just think how the simple story of your $3 would inspire all your friends and loved ones.
"If you throw a pebble in a pond, you get ripples. Before long the ripples will cross the entire pond." Bruce Lee
Why not throw a pebble and donate $3 today and imagine the ripples which would come throughout the future from saving a child's life!
If you have the means you could even pay for an entire water well to be built in a village in the Central African Republic for just $3,000. We can even inscribe your name or the name of a loved one onto the well which will give sustained life to hundreds of people for many generations- now those are some big ripples!
The Future
Central African Republic
There's a song which we were told when I was a child and it's always resonated truly even if it sounds cheesy, "Love is something if you give it away, you'll end up having more" Imagine a future world where you have paid for a well in a village in a remote part of one of the poorest countries in the world and kept up to date with and nurtured the progress of that village. Imagine if World War III were to be looming on the horizon. Wouldn't it make sense to move to that village with your family and loved ones? I'm sure you'd be received with great honors by the people who you helped all those years ago by giving them freedom and independence in the form of clean water which helped them grow crops to feed their children, sell at market and therefore be able to send their children to school. These people would know that they owe you their lives and they would be so happy to repay the favor by looking after you and your loved ones if your country entered a period of turmoil and strife. If you focus on creating balance while you are in a rich and peaceful land then you surely stand a better chance of receiving more balance should your fortunes change.
